Money and wellbeing
At Claro, our aim is to equip everyone with the support, tools and knowledge they need to take control of their money.
We know that money is a source of stress for many people, with 9.5 million British people saying money is their biggest source of anxiety.
But we also believe that by taking control, creating a plan and making steps towards your goals, everyone can feel happier about their future.
Our research project
To understand the relationship between mental and financial wellbeing in more depth, we are currently running a research project in collaboration with The Money Charity.
We’ll be looking into the correlation between financial planning and improved mental health across all parts of society.
The Money Charity will be our expert eyes to ensure our research and insights are accurate, fair and reliable.

The Money Charity
The Money Charity provides education, information, advice and guidance to people of all ages, helping them to manage their money well and increase their financial wellbeing.
As well as an initial donation, we’ve made a 12 month fundraising commitment that any money the Claro community or staff want to raise will be split between our charities.

Mental health UK
Mental Health UK supports families and communities affected by mental health problems by providing information, access to support groups and mental health and money advice. Their Mental Health and Money Advice has helped thousands of people to improve their financial and mental wellbeing.
